Information on this site
This website includes an inquiry form. It does not include account registration or a document upload feature. We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure inquiries following ad interactions and improve our marketing. Hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. A hosting platform may also apply its own sign-in and access controls.
Website measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads may use cookies and process information such as pages viewed, device and browser details, referral sources, approximate location, ad interactions, and completed inquiry events. Google processes this information to provide analytics and advertising measurement services. A temporary, randomly generated inquiry identifier helps prevent duplicate conversion counts. We do not intentionally send inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, or financial details as analytics or advertising event parameters. How visitors find us
We use a limited source category, such as ChatGPT, Google, Bing, another AI assistant, a referral, or a direct visit, to understand how visitors find the site. The category is stored for the current browser session and can accompany an inquiry and analytics events. We do not store full referring URLs or search terms in this additional measurement. You may also choose to tell us how you heard about the firm on the inquiry form. Clicking a phone or email link is measured separately from submitting an inquiry.
Inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, the contact details, any business information, selected services, and message you provide are transmitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, and emailed to Collins CPA LLC. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and evaluate a possible engagement. Web3Forms processes and stores submissions to deliver email notifications and provide submission history, and may process technical information to prevent spam. See Web3Forms's privacy policy for its practices. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, tax documents, or other sensitive records through this form.
Contacting Collins CPA
The telephone link opens your device’s calling application. The email link opens your email application. Copy buttons copy the displayed phone number or the inquiry details to your clipboard only when selected. An email draft opens in your email application and is sent only when you send it. This website does not submit or store your tax or financial documents.
Client information
If you become a client, document sharing and the handling of client information will be addressed through the firm’s engagement and designated systems. Please arrange a secure method with the firm before sending sensitive records.
